This package is for business owners who prefer to outsource their bookkeeping tasks in order to focus on running and building their business. This is a collaborative service where we work closely together in order to make the best financial decisions for the company. At no time will transactions be implemented without the business owner involvement in the process.

The following on and off-site bookkeeping services will be supplied but are not limited to:
Initial start-up:

Gain access to Quickbooks Online and banking statements

Set-up online banking bill pay if not already set up.

Reconcile all accounts that were not completed in prior months.

Connect Quickbooks to banking and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.

Review existing staff, operational tasks and develop a cost-effective system to manage the business through a combination of on-site and off-site office support.

Any Quickbooks training that may be beneficial to the support staff.
Weekly:

Client Invoice: Creation, management and collections.

Vendor bills: Entering, tracking against purchase orders and ensuring payment

Checking Account: Weekly reconciliation

Payroll, insurance, rent and utility payment review

Payroll Preparation and processing
Monthly:

Credit Card statements: Reconciliation

Checking Account: Monthly reconciliation

Report generation: P&L, outstanding vendor bills and any management reports needed to ensure proper business management.

Sales Tax estimated payments and monthly filings
End of year:

End of year wrap-up for accountant tax preparation.
