Marketing Packages

 

Digital Communication Marketing Foundation Package

 

This package is for business owners who want to take their business to the next level by expanding market awareness through increased communications that will result in additional revenue. Here we will identify areas to expand market share in order to build new sources of income including but not limited to existing clients, business networks and target advertising.

 

We will build a cross- media marketing strategy with a content calendar to help focus on communicating service/product offerings. Think about educational campaigns about “WHY” Wythe Windows is the window manufacture of choice!!!!

 

Areas of focus:
● Marketing Strategy & Plan (game plan with a monthly action plan)
● Marketing Messaging Content Copy (content outline & baseline copy for communications templates)
● Digital Marketing templates (including setting up of lists, logo, colors for email & social media
campaigns.)
● Development of Web site copy to be used on the existing site and then reused if the site is eventually re-built.  Documents and information needed for review include but not limited to:
● Existing Client lists
● Professional Networking lists
● Select Personal contacts
● Access to Face Book, Instagram, Mail Chimp, LinkedIn and if the website is editable, that too (Admin setup)
● Marketing samples from your business (Logo and other past materials if available)

 

Process:
● Marketing strategy meetings kick things off where we define product benefits, review the competition, identify areas of strength and weaknesses to identify ways to build on success and eliminate obstacles.
● Additional review of current marketing activities and historical review of past campaigns will assist in building more effective promotions. (If available)
● Gather above information to implement the plan.
● Review strategy and templates for approval.

 

Deliverables:
1. An Annual Marketing Strategy & Plan highlighting the content and outline for future campaigns as well as a detailed monthly action plan.


2. Cross Media Content Calendar with a calendar that highlights products and clients we want to focus on each month. (Commercial vs Residential is one example)


3. A Digital Communication Database set up / review with an initial load of contacts and template design. (Mail Chimp)


4. Social Media & Online content Updates on FaceBook, Insta Gram, Goggle My Business, LinkedIn and web site.  This package builds a foundation for both existing clients and new prospects to learn more about the business .Referrals are great, but the ability to learn more needs to be present, current and available. The goal should be communicating product benefits so prospects are drawn to the business.

 

Monthly Content Management Package
This package is for business owners who want to send out timely informative messages to their professional network in order to maintain market awareness and foster continued communications.
Areas of focus:
● Maintain networks on multiple platforms
● Research and write monthly campaigns
● Manage results and adjust as necessary
● All messages will be tied to client promotions/services/events that correspond with the agreed Content calendar.

 

Process:
● Update lists with any additional contacts from the past month.
● Write, Review and Update monthly messages to then implement on each platform
● Ensure communication is properly received on select mediums:

          o Email

          o Facebook
          o Instagram
          o LinkedIn
          o Blog / or Web site content updates as needed

Sales Management Packages


Sales Management Foundation Package
This package is for business owners who want to outsource sales management activities. Initially setting up the process for managing prospects, utilizing CRM technology, increased internal communications and developing
the foundation for a realistic sales pipeline will help all levels of management and staff prepare for work flow requirements.

 

Areas of focus:
● Developing a sales management program that can improve internal communications, customer service and closure rates, all with the focus driving more revenue.
● Identity the key KPI’s for better understanding sales opportunities
● Create a sales pipeline tool for business forcasting
Documents & information needed for review include but not limited to:
● Online access to Opera
● Online access to new CRM tool
● Continues access to G drive and shared folders

 

Process:
● Set up an internal meeting with partners and those involved in the sales and customer service
components of the business to review pain points and determine what information is needed for all to better communicate
● Review existing proposals that have not closed in Opera
● Review Opera report to see what can be utilized and repurposed.

 

Deliverables:
● Sales Management hand book outlining all the internal and external steps for managing sales leads
through to closing
● CRM tool Implementation for proposal writers, accounting customer service and management
● Sales Pipeline with KPI’s to determine likelihood of closure rates
This package defines KPI’s such as closure rates, average sales, and client satisfaction rankings that are the foundation to drive decisions for operational improvements, inventory management and pricing. It is also the gauge for driving more marketing activities.

 

Monthly Sales Management Package
This package is for business owners who need to outsource the management of sales communications, track sales
progress, and follow up with clients.

 

Areas of focus:
● Follow up with all proposals sent to prospects
● Continually review all Client information to ensure proper data is being managed
● Manage sales pipeline
● Send out and follow up on post sales surveys

 

Process:
● Meet weekly with the sales team to review proposals sent as well as all existing prospects have been
notified.
● Call prospects to review status and update the pipeline
● Follow-up with sales leads from marketing events
● Ask for Testimonials after completed projects and update the website and social media platforms
